Blend repurposed this, originally constructed in 1948, downtown Athens’ building, formerly known as ‘Megaro Pavlidi’, home to the first chocolate factory in the country, into a 24 key 4-star boutique hotel named Blend Hotel. The building became a symbol for the area’s comeback to prosperity, with green building design being a priority. The straightforward exterior remained intact, observing the iconic Athens modernism, while the interior received a contemporary update, celebrating Athens today as a European capital.

Since 2023 the hotel operation has been rebranded into a Bob W.
