Blend Development is a Greek real estate development firm

Currently the company has a portfolio with gross development value (GDV) of 75 million euro. Blend expects to increase the total value to 100 million euros in 2026.

Chairman of the Board

Former CEO, Chairman of Ellaktor, AKTOR and AKTOR Concessions. Heading building construction, including hospitality. Notable projects include Costa Navarino Westin & Romanos, Sani IKOS Olivia, Four Seasons Athens, Hilton Athens

MICHAEL KATOUNAS

Board Member

Chief Investment Officer of Multiply Group Abu Dhabi. He brings 30 years of international experience from senior roles at Credit Suisse, QInvest and more, having executed transactions cumulatively worth over US$80bn. He has extensive expertise in private, venture and public equity, debt investments, M&A and restructuring.

ANASTASIOS SARRIS

Business Development Director

Former Projects Director in Greece and France, and Deputy General Manager in Qatar, for top tier Greek engineering/construction companies. Successfully set up the company and mobilized more than 1200personnel for the 600M$ project of Doha Metro Maintenance.

RIZOS DIMITRIS

Projects Director

Projects Director with over 30 years of experience οn major civil work projects of top Greek companies. Former Project Manager of Hellenic Technodomiki S.A., TEV S.A, AKTOR S.A., TOMI S.A. Chairman of the board of Hellenic Quarries, responsible for the operation of the Quarries across the country.

GALANIS GEORGE

Deputy Projects Director

Goal-oriented Civil Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in Civil Works construction projects. Possess a combination of Project Planning, Cost Management, General Contracting, Procurement, as well as Construction & Engineering Management expertise on small and large Construction Projects.

ANGELINA ZEIMPEKI

Architect Engineer

Graduate of NTUA, with experience in large-scale architectural projects. She has worked at BEL Architekten in Brussels on sports facility designs and at Point Supreme in Athens, contributing to the design and management of major projects like hotel and office building.
